Although HectorEchavarria.net may provide delivery or shipment timeframes or dates, you understand that those are HectorEchavarria.net's good-faith estimates and may be subject to change. You further understand that product availability may be limited and particular products may not be available for immediate delivery, in which case the products will be delivered when they become available. HectorEchavarria.net shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery.
The delivery time for shipments to P.O. Boxes within the United States or for shipments outside the United States, including to U.S. territories, Alaska and Hawaii, may take up to 7-21 days.

Returns & Replacements
Except as noted below, all of our products are backed with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not entirely satisfied with any of the materials you receive from us, you may return them in a salable condition within 30-days from the time of purchase for a prompt refund of the purchase price. Salable items are those for which there is no alteration from the product's original condition. This return policy does not apply to any products listed in the Sale Bin.

In order to make your return a success, please call 1 (###) ###-#### or email Customer Support to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to track your return. The RMA number allows us to match the returned item with the individual returning it. We will refund you the purchase price, less any shipping charges once the item has been received.

To help us expedite this request, please provide us with your customer number, order number, or invoice number. You must return any products to us in packaging that is adequate to protect the products from damage.

  8. Please DO NOT forward your PO to our office. Entering your PO# online is all we require to process your order.

Automatic Renewal
If you choose to receive product on an auto-renewal or monthly (or other period) basis ("Subscription") as sold through the Sites or otherwise (including any free trial product), Subscriptionof the product will continue until cancelled by you or by HectorEchavarria.net. If you have provided a valid credit card number or an alternate payment method, payment for your Subscription product, including ship and handling and applicable taxes, will be automatically processed in each Subscription period on or around the same day of the month as your initial Subscription purchase. The amount for each actual Subscription payment may vary due to changes in price, shipping amounts and applicable tax rates. Subscription payments will reflect pricing of the Subscription product at the time of each payment, excluding promotional or discount pricing. HectorEchavarria.net may cancel your Subscription or the auto-renewal program at any time for any reason or for no reason. You may modify or cancel your Subscription at any time by calling our customer service. Modifications or cancellation of your Subscription must be received at least three (3) days prior to the next scheduled payment in order to take effect for that Subscription period. Cancellations received less than 3 days prior to the next scheduled payment will take effect in the following Subscription period.

Viewing Orders
What's your status?

Check Order Status
It's easy to check the status of your order! Just visit online My Account and sign in with your HectorEchavarria.net ID and password to get a summary of any orders placed online. You'll see your order number, the date the order was placed, the status of the order, order total, the shipping method, and package tracking information for items that have shipped. If you placed your order over the phone or via mail/fax, you can check your order status by contacting one of our customer services specialists at 1 (###) ###-#### or emailing Customer Support.
Order status messages
Commonly used order statuses include:
  • Pending - We've received your order. If it showing a pending status you may still have the ability to change or cancel the order.
  • Processing - Your items have already been prepared for shipment and cannot be changed by our customer service department. We'll send you an email when your item(s) have shipped.
  • Shipped - We've shipped your order using the shipping method you selected. You can track your shipment from online My Orders.

Cancel Items or Order

Updating Account Information
To change your account information, click on “my account” at the top of the page. Once you enter your login information you will be brought to your account page, which has all of your account information under the title “MY ACCOUNT”.
  1. In the panel on the left under Account Settings, click Contact Information.
  2. Make any changes that are necessary.
  3. When complete, click the Save button.
